Legal: Staff Attorney with 2+ years of consumer finance litigation experience - - (Austin, TX)

Austin office of our client seeks staff counsel/attorney with 2+ years of background in consumer finance litigation. The applicant will provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis in pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents. Will draft pleadings and other case documents. Attend hearings throughout Central and South Texas. Manage matters from commencement to final resolution. Should have knowledge of federal and state court practice, background preparing answers, motions and other routine filings. Significant case management experience is essential. Familiarity with and expertise to prepare basic litigation documents is essential. Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices is needed.
