Major Function: A key contributor in the Legal Departments Product Integrity Team, whose overall objectives include ensuring product integrity, product and packaging regulatory compliance and effective resolution of product liability claims. Key areas of responsibility for this position include working with inside and outside counsel and other internal and external stakeholders regarding accident investigations, claims resolution, including negotiation, and litigation involving product claims with a focus on using The Toro Mediation program to efficiently and effectively resolve matters. Collaborating internally on product details to provide accurate and complete product use details to customers and channel partners. Duties and Responsibilities: * Work with internal and external stakeholders regarding product injury claims, investigating and determine root-cause of claims. * Work with The Toro Mediation program to resolve claims. * Manage outside counsel and work with intern team to manage claim resolutions.
