Immigration Paralegal, BilingualThe applicant will assist attorneys in working with clients to file immigration petitions and supporting documentation. Will correspond with clients and U.S. government agencies. Will assist clients with preparation of forms and collection of supporting documents for final review by attorney. Conduct legal and factual research. Maintain regular correspondence with clients. Maintain client files in electronic database and physical archive. Act as liaison between clients, attorney, and various government agencies. Submit records requests to various government agencies. Track filings and deadlines. Maintain Case Status Reports for each client. Conduct intake screen interviews for new clients.
