Law Clerk/paralegal - (Valley Stream, NY)

ParalegalThe applicant will join a no-fault plaintiff law firm. Should preferably be able process a high volume of insurance correspondence, medical billing, judgments, discovery responses, motions for litigation as well as the expertise to work on no-fault arbitration cases. Background is a plus. Will be asked to prepare packages, identify documents and communicate with the insurance carriers. Good written and oral communication a must.
