You will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement through your leadership and everyones adherence to the Honeywell Operating System. As a team supervisor, you will coach your teammates in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. You will be responsible for various tasks related to the culture of the facility, including- employee engagement, making hiring decisions, training new hires, and employee morale and motivation. You will communicate effectively with shift supervisors to provide updated info related to production process issues or improvements.
