Manager, National Business Development - (Birmingham, AL)

Summary The National Business Development Manager will secure, manage, grow and retain business relationships with national/regional employer accounts, in order to expand the companys market share in Occupational Health and drive incremental patient volume across 200 clinics nationally, in alignment with AFCs mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Manage, grow, and retain existing national Occupational Health accounts * Identify potential national clients by analyzing current customer base and proximity to existing facilities * Call on large national/regional businesses to secure new Occupational Health Accounts * Work with AFC franchisees who refer prospective national accounts to the Corporate Office * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase Occupational Health Accounts, including digital marketing, direct mail campaigns, and trade shows * Meet quarterly sales, retention
