Project Manager - (Wilmington, MA)

Position overview: The Project Manager successfully leads cross-functional New Product Introduction and Sustaining Teams. For new product introduction, the project manager is responsible for bringing a new product idea from the idea stage to realization in a dynamic, high energy, high tech team environment. These cross-functional teams will execute the development, piloting and industrialization of the product portfolio. The Project Manager implements project management best practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to specification. The Project Manager interfaces with the customer for support and guidance on new products: utilizing resources from other departments ensuring that new products are integrated as quickly as possible. The Project Manager also interfaces with the customer on escalations of existing products. The Project Manager will utilize resources from other departments, as required to ensure that customer escalations are closed as quickly as possible.
