Registered Veterinary Technician - (Shawnee Hills, OH)

Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills is looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team. This is a part time position with uniform allowance, continuing-ed reimbursement, simple IRA retirement fund, unpaid vacation/personal time & pet discounts. Hourly rate is dependent upon skill and background. Background in surgery, dental cleanings and anesthesia preferred. Rotating Saturdays required (approx one Saturday off per month). The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, reliable, compassionate, calm & level headed in stressful situations, and love to interact with pets & people.... and fun! Applicants must be able to work autonomously, with multiple doctors as well as with a team of employees with varying skill levels. We offer our patients wellness, medical & emergency services, utilizing the following technologies: digital dental equipment, digital X-ray, Therapy laser, basic in house ultrasound and call-in internal medicine ultrasound specialist.
