Position details The Area Assistant Property Manager rotates among properties with an assigned local market to perform main responsibilities and ensure staffing coverage during peak business season. The Area Assistant Property Manager reports to the Property Manager of an assigned apartment community on a rotational basis and supports the operations and financial performance for MAA. Primary assignments include collecting rent and ancillary charges from residents, including collections of delinquent accounts; posting income and deposits; inspecting property landscape and apartment units; customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments; office management and support. The successful applicant will embody and work to reinforce MAAs Core Values throughout all aspects of MAA.
