Intellectual Property Manager, ParalegalThe applicant will develop and execute process efficiencies and metrics for a variety of IP processes (executive engineering reports, passport, budget, annuities). Responsible for UTC IP metric reports and managing Otis processes to ensure all patent performance metrics are maintained and reported. Support preparation of the annual budget plan including annuity management and special projects as required by the VP and IP Counsel. Process oriented, database management and strategic thinking are critical skills; Proactive approach to issue solving and expertise to develop efficient processes. Must have Bachelor's degree with 5+ years background. Master's degree with 7+ years background. Intellectual property background strongly is preferred. High-level of computer software proficiency is required: Windows; Email Client Software (Microsoft Outlook); Microsoft office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word.
