Cashier / Lobby Server - (Rogers, AR)

As a Cashier at Tacos four Life you will have the unique opportunity to make a REAL and TANGIBLE impact in people’s lives by the way you interact with our guests and teammates. Tacos four Life Grill is looking for a friendly and outgoing cashier/lobby server. Your most important role will be to ensure the best customer service to our guests that come into the restaurant. The foundation of this begins with loving people: loving the children we are serving through our Meal four Meal program and the guests we are serving in our restaurant. AREAS OF FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITY A cashier is responsible for: Creating exceptional experiences for our guests that will make them want to tell others Connecting on a personal level with each and every guest Operating our POS system with accuracy Being knowledgeable of our menu in order to answer any questions a guest might have Communicating clearly with our guests in order to ensure accurate orders Being outgoing and engaging as we interact with guests
