Description Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology group at Seattle Genetics to contribute to the development of innovative antibody-based therapies for treating cancer. Responsibilities:This position will involve cross-functional teamwork to build and develop bioinformatics tools and provide analysis for ongoing clinical trialsCollaborate with biomarker scientists, medical directors, and research teams to analyze clinical and biomarker data to support clinical development decision makingEffectively communicate analysis results to development teamsImplement and evaluate new predictive algorithms Analyze internal and external NGS datasets to identify predictive response markersQualifications:PhD in bioinformatics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other related discipline
