Office 365 Migration Support Analyst - 15792 - (Balcones Heights, TX)

Camber Corporation is seeking a support specialist or system administrator with background in Office 365 to provide assistance to front line service desk technicians. The Office 365/Exchange Support Specialist should be able to apply advanced computer skills and knowledge to collect needed details to resolve issues presented to the National Support Desk. Office 365 applications that will be supported are Exchange On-line, Skype for Business On-line, OneDrive Sync, Office On-line, OneNote, Outlook WebApp, Outlook Client, Skype for Business Client, and Office Suite. A strong understanding of these products is a must. Prior background supporting Lotus Notes to Exchange migrations is required. Job assignments: * Provide Tier two support to front line support specialists * Manage and monitor the Office 365 tenants * Monitor and test performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions
