To apply email : XXXX@randstadusa.com Pay :$19.07/hr Required responsibilities: - Reconcile data by using Excel to ensure that enrollment is accurate and that benefits are in place - 3-5yrs background in the same/similar role - Collect enrollment data from enrollment vendor and benefits vendors - Maintain 100% confidentiality with regard to employee/company data - Take direction from members of the Benefits Team, not just his/her direct manager DESCRIPTION: Perform audit of annual benefits enrollment data. Compare demographic data and enrollment status for all benefit plans including medical, dental, prescription drugs and flexible spending accounts. Working hours: 8am-6pm Skills: Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Strong Microsoft excel skills including but not limited to V-lookup, formulas and pivot tables - Benefits background is a plus, not required
