Hillphoenix - Position description Position title: Quality Manager FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt/Fulltime Location: Conyers, GA Department: Manufacturing Supervisor: Director of Quality Summary: This position is responsible for managing the planning and establishment of quality programs designed to meet quality control and assurance standards; in addition to, predictive manning reports and alignment of the quality inspection schedule against manning and product delivery availability. Strong leadership skills, the expertise to make quick decisions and knowledge of various production, quality and safety processes are needed for this position. Must produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as critical responsibilities & Duties: * Formulates and maintains quality objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. * Interprets quality philosophy to key personnel in organization. * Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
