Quality Manager - PPG - (Monroe, CT)

Basic Function of the Job: Responsible for employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, yield improvement, and for developing and implementing strategies to enable the M Cubed Precision Products Group (PPG) to become the worldwide leader in the development and manufacture of ceramic and advanced material applications for designated markets. Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the M Cubed Business Management System (BMS). This includes the ISO-9001 system, the MBNQA process, interfacing with customers on quality issues, handling external audits, and designing and installing a quality system designed to create the highest product quality in the industry. Act as ISO 9001 Management Representative. Member of the PPG leadership team, which leads the company and sets strategic quality direction. Responsible for budgeting, and managing departmental operations, such as quality lab operations, calibration, complaint management, safety, and environmental compliance operations.
