Job DescriptionEssential Functions:Must have two years + background with Electronic Assembly, Metals and Plastics (Do not apply if you do not have all three)Verify conformance to part drawings and other specifications.Collect, record, and store inspection data and maintain historic log files.Use measurement gages including calipers, height gages, micrometers, CMM, and thickness and color meters to perform inspections.Prepared 1st Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) using inspection data for customers.Visually and dimensionally inspection Metal, Plastic and Printed Circuit Board Assembled parts.Review Non-conforming material (NCM) and prepare Non-Conforming Reports for management.Background and knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, FEMAs
