IT Quality Assurance Manager - (Boulder, CO)

Job description: Elevations Credit Union seeks a customer focused individual who will build and lead IT"s Quality Assurance team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of QA including driving high-quality standards for releases in mission critical systems. As a member of a learning organization that values process improvement, aptitude to learn and apply new technologies is an absolute must. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations governing applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act. Major Duties and Responsibilities * Develop, drive, iterate, and maintain a quality assurance strategy and procedures, repeatable testing methodologies, and test equipment * Plan and maintain test architecture and lab infrastructure used by QA and development teams * Test application performance, monitor system availability and reliability
