Academic Partnerships is growing and we're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this high energy role, you will provide support to managers and employees within our professional call center in downtown Dallas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with employee relations, general human resources, and full life-cycle recruiting background! Primary Assignments include: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process and develop and implement new recruiting strategies for our Enrollment Services and Student Retention teams Provide Human Resource support and counsel to front-line managers Partner with call center managers in professional development plans Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner Support New Hires Orientation through AP Academy Facilitate the processing of LOA
