Staffing Coordinator, Home Care Agency - (Silver Spring, MD)

JOB DETAILS: The staffing coordinator is responsible for the coordination of client visits, maintenance and upkeep of scheduling records and log books, and the accurate and timely communication of scheduling changes between office and field staff. REQUIREMENTS: High-school diploma. College diploma preferred. Two Years' background in healthcare staffing or other related health care field. Expertise to manage routine office tasks, client records, log-books, and staff schedules. Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, outstanding communication abilities, and a professional demeanor and appearance. Must have the expertise to work unaided without constant supervision. This requires a high-level of productivity and using time efficiently to plan out the day appropriately.
