Physician Recruiter - (Odessa, TX)

Position overview: The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of system wide physician/provider recruitment efforts. Works in conjunction with multiple key stakeholders within the system to ensure that the best applicants are meeting the needs of the community and healthcare system. The position necessitates special attention be given to the orientation and onboarding process for physicians and APPs (advanced practice provider). Coordinate introductions to providers, peers, media/marketing opportunities, along with periodic tertiary market visits. This includes implementation of the strategy set in business development campaigns and the coordination of periodic physician engagement events, practice retreats, and off-site events/campaigns.
