Human Resources Generalist for Mid-Ohio Foodbank - (Grove City, OH)

POSITION TITLE : Human Resources Generalist REPORTS TO : Director of Human Resources STATUS : Full-time, Non-Exempt SUMMARY : The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team and will have responsibility for a number of projects and activities that support the Human Resources department. The position provides value to the organization through efforts including project management, reporting, recruitment, training and development and compliance. PRIMARY DUTIES : Manages recruitment effort for MOF teammates including sourcing, scheduling, tracking and communications; administers testing per organizational standards Coordinates the on-boarding/off-boarding process for teammates Assists in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and measurements Maintains organization charts and staffing plans Participates in the creation of departmental communications (announcements, newsletters, updates, etc.)
