Food Safety Manager - (Junction City, OR)
The key responsibilities of this position is the management of the facility's Food Safety and Quality programs. Essential Job Functions: Manage the facility's Food Safety and Quality Programs, including HAACP, Sanitation, Allergen, Recall, Pest Control (in conjunction with Sanitation Manager), GMP, Chemical Control, Security, Customer Complaints, Sanitary Design, Continuous Improvement, Vendor Assurance, New Product Implementation and Quality Support programs Implement and formally audit Northern Gold Quality Manual, including document and data control, quality policies, formulation and process control. Responsible for all facility audits and inspections {customer, Kosher, organic, GMP, BRC, third Party, etc) Responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of FSMA Investigate and respond to all customer complaints. Develop program in accordance with quality program standards and provide quarterly reports. Implement quality section of the Northern Gold employee training program.
