Position summary Must have a min of 5yrs background as an Office Manager Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Ms excel Generating invoices/quotes using Quickbooks program Strong current expertise of the internal accounting demands such as customer invoicing, accounts receivable management, expense and accounts payable management, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, payroll, tax remittances, and financial statements Preparation of updated monthly Financial Statements manage bank accounts accounts payable & accounts receivable answering/directing phone calls process incoming/outgoing mail Excellent communicating and written correspondence expertise with strong follow-up expertise Self-motivated, excellent time management and prioritizing skills Professional appearance, demeanor and work habits Strong proficiency in Microsoft word, Ms excel.
