Executive: Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer - Philadelphia - (Philadelphia, PA)

A regional litigation law firm with more than 65 attorneys with offices in the Tri- State area is seeking a Chief Financial Officer that will also have operational responsibilities. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all business/administrative operations of the firm including, but not limited to all Finance/ Accounting, HR, IT and Operational planning and strategy. The CFO will work directly with the Executive Committee of the law firm on strategic planning and execution. The right applicant will work with the Executive Committee and provide Financial and Operational strategic direction in order to promote firm profitability. Qualifications The perfect candidate should have: ten plus years of experience in Finance/ Accounting/Systems/Operational role with a Law firm or a similar industry. Have the desire to be the driving catalyst and help a firm grow to the next level and beyond.
