Job DescriptionA fast-growing, well-backed Pre-IPO Hi-Tech company positioned for high grow seeks an Accounting Manager who has a strong experience, ideally out of the tech industry but flexible. This position reports to the Controller and will be accountable for all aspects of general accounting and reporting. Great quality of life! 40 hours a week, no nights or weekends! The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas of general accounting and reporting. This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting principles and developing accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and timely financial statements. This position will manage 3 and is responsible for timely monthly closing, account reconciliations, and analysis. This individual should have a strong general accounting experience. This position will assist in financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and support with budgeting and forecasting activities.
