Responsibilities THE OPPORTUNITY: Responsible for underwriting Property, Casualty, Inland Marine and Commercial Auto business via a domestic binding authority facility issued to a nationwide network of branch offices and brokers. Marketing and development to increase production of business written. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Underwrite new and renewal business for insurance company partners based on underwriting authority and contract guidelines Evaluate, classify, and rate each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing Serve as a contact point for underwriting referrals and enquiries from branch offices and brokers Develop and submit underwriting referrals, where required, to company brokerage facilities and Burns & Wilcox management Manage relationships with branch offices, including marketing to drive new business Collaborate closely with the Companys branch offices in developing their understanding of the Companys Underwriting rationale, philosophy and cSDL2017
