Sodexo universities is seeking an Administrative Assistant two for the Human Resources department at Northwestern University , located in Evanston , IL . University is a large private institution located in Evanston, IL on the shore of Lake Michigan . Our scope of responsibility includes six resident dining halls, a student center, multiple branded and non-branded retail outlets, convenience stores as well as campus catering. Branded as Northwestern Dining, our focus is on quality, ability, innovation, community, wellness and sustainability. A high focus on customer service, preparing awesome food, driving student engagement and participation, and developing creative programming are primary goals. Normal business hours are M-F 9am-5:30PM but we need someone who is flexible to the changing needs of the environment. We have 3 campus's so might have to travel to our Chicago campus or athletics.
