We are seeking someone with a proven ability of supporting engineering teams in the development, validation, and delivery of high-quality software. Ultimate Software is looking for a Director of Software Test Engineer to define, implement and enforce software testing and quality standards for their cloud-based product line. You will report directly to the engineering leader of the product line, and be responsible for the quality and testing functions across multiple Agile development teams supporting that product line. You will work together with executives and other leaders in the organization to ensure consistent quality practices, tools, and measurements are being used, and tracked, across the entire organization.
