The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is seeking a Applicant to establish an Enterprise Data Strategy (EDS) and Data Governance model that will support and align with Clients Business Transformation Initiative effort, which is planned to occur over ten years. The goals for engagement include: * Define future state for the Departments enterprise data strategy; including establishing and defining strategic relationships between events, transactions actions and entities the organization provides services to * Define the data governance model to will control and reduce data sprawl and redundancy and IT system siloization * Inform the migration planning effort (including operational impacts, costs and new opportunities) in greater detail and precision the magnitude and scope of the data migration effort ahead that will be incurred with each IT system that is replaced and modernized * Define the required enterprise data model schema, contour and "best fit model" for evaluating every SaaS
