Critical responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day System management and technical support in a production operations environment. Provide support for server related incidents and requests. * Provide O support for movement of systems to other platforms, data centers, and clouds. Provide analysis of the root cause of any problem issues, resolution of any/all hardware/software application problems and escalation of any unresolvable issues to the vendor as necessary.
