Annual Support and Service Request Delivery Consultant(Job ID:DFS OIT ITN - (Tallahassee, FL)

The Department is seeking a Applicant for Enterprise Financial System Support Services. The Services may relate to the business and presentation layers of the financial system, other associated applications, databases and reporting, or hardware and systems. The Department wants to begin implementing an organizational change roadmap for Agency. Over the next 8-12yrs, Agency will need to simultaneously support existing systems, assist the Clients project team, help protect the States current and prior investments by identifying ways to re-task and re-tool existing Department assets, and train to eventually assume responsibility for operating the States modernized financial management tools. The Department will allow Agency to begin migrating resources between responsibilities.
