* Host the Countys Website, intranet and CMS in a secure, state-of-the-art data center. * Provide hosted facility and services in accordance with Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) sixteen Type 2. * Provide Countys website, intranet, and CMS on high availability hardware (i.e. virtualization). * Monitor website, intranet, and CMS for outages on a 24x7 basis. * Perform full system backups and provide recovery services to minimize downtime. * Perform full system recovery testing on an annual basis. * Perform regular software and hardware updates, enhancements, bug fixes to ensure a secure, reliable, and high performing environment. * Provide measures that prevent security breaches and access to content. In addition, provide immediate notification of any known or suspected breach and follow on investigation to assess breach and implement changes to remove risk. * Provide warranty on website, intranet, and CMS for 18-months following go-lives.
