Adjunct Faculty: Health Information Management - (Prescott, AZ)

Description of Position Hiring Rate: $781.00 per load hour beginning Fall 2017 The Health Details Management (HIM) Instructor provides quality training within a variety of instructor led HIM and related Allied Health courses using a variety of course delivery methods within the classroom and on-line instruction. Terms of Teaching Assignment: * Provide quality instruction within a variety of instructor led HIM and related Allied Health courses. * Develop a course syllabus based on the approved college course outline and teach in accordance with the syllabus and college and departmental policies. * Provide an effective environment for student learning. * Evaluate student progress, provide frequent feedback to students, and refer students to appropriate college support services when needed; * Assist in program and college accreditation processes. * Participate in curriculum development including developing and reviewing program qualifications, selecting teaching materials and textbooks.
