Description Position summary: Michelin, the World-wide leader in Tires, with a commercial presence in over 170 Countries, is recruiting for a Maintenance Business Unit Leader. The Maintenance Business Unit Leader is focused on leading maintenance and electrical ability for various types of production equipment. She/he has 24/7 responsibility for the business unit 365 days per year. Responsibilities: - Supervisory background. - Maximizes the up-time of production equipment through identifying problems, analyzing root causes, managing preventive/predictive maintenance, and increasing use of spare parts, etc. - Bachelor`s degree (preferred Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent background. - Fitness membership reimbursement through a network of nationwide facilities - A 401 (k) match - Parental leave - People skills. - Leads a team of salaried maintenance technicians, mechanics and electricians on rotating crews to achieve the shop goals in safety, quality, and production.
