Job DescriptionProgram SummaryIntensive Training Program (ITP) is designed as a training ground for students who currently participate in any of NYJTL city-wide programs and demonstrate a greater level of commitment, passion and potential for the game. With smaller coach-to-student ratios and increased access to tennis, ITP will bridge the span between recreational community-based programs and elite training. The goal is to prepare participants for a lifetime of success on & off the court, by developing their character and providing more advanced training, ultimately playing high-school, tournament and collegiate tennis. The ITP sessions will be running on Saturday and Sunday from January 6, 2018 - April 29, 2018 from 9AM-12PM, for 4 hours every weekend with 1 hour break between the sessions.
