Sales Host/Hostess - (Chicago, IL)

The Sales Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming prospective homebuyers to the community. Collect all pertinent info from all visiting traffic and perform clerical duties as necessary. Provide model tours. Help maintain neat appearance of models. Input registration info into computer. Set up files and contracts. Follow-up with prospective buyers/maintain mailing lists. Looking for someone who is organized and customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner. Must be computer literate with the expertise to work unaided. Applicant must be dedicated to providing Associates with info and be counted on to exceed goals so accurate decisions can be made. The capacity for using time effectively and efficiently while focusing on the most important priorities is a necessity for this position. Maintaining a high-level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is required.
