Senior Footwear Developer (TBL) - (Stratham, NH)

Job Description Job overview: Provide mentorship to extended team to ensure achievement of seasonal goals and objectives. maintain product integrity with respect to last development, upper development, mold development and material and component development. As a member of the product creation team ensure on time and accurate prototype samples throughout seasonal milestones that meet cost targets and are suitable for production environment. Job responsibilities: * 5-8 yrs of footwear development background. * Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Engineering, Industrial Design or related position. MBA or Masters a plus. * Proven leadership capability. * Knowledge of Leather and Last Development. Knowledge of current footwear manufacturing processes and compound/mold/last development. * Travel to overseas manufacturing facilities 2 4 times per year to manage issue solving of seasonal development projects and to gain background with vendors and suppliers.
