Data Systems Manager/Developer - West Lafayette - Civil Engineering - (Lafayette, IN)

Develop, manage, and supervise the operation of LTAP (Local Technical Assistance Program) data management systems. Manage the LTAP website. Manage and direct IT consultants and staff. Coordinate with ITaP and ECN to manage the LTAP data infrastructure. Act as a liaison to local agencies to provide assistant with data. Manage IT qualifications to develop and deliver data systems training. LTAP is the data warehouse for local agency data in the state of Indiana. Data management systems will be developed and will be managed by LTAP. Starting data includes asset management, annual report, and safety. It is anticipated new data sets will be added in the future. Required: * Bachelors degree in a computer/software related position of study. * 3 Years of background in application development. * Background with database architecture and scripting languages. * Server side scripting background. * Mobile development background. * Web development (front and backend) skills. * Knowledge of Data analytics.
