Senior Data API Developer - (Greenwich, CT)

We are looking for a software developer with passion for API design and data modeling to join the newly-formed Internal Data group. You will collaborate with AQR data producers and consumers to formulate qualifications, design and implement well-structured APIs and data schemas, and help data users migrate to the new APIs. The role is truly pivotal - you will be working with AQR business groups ranging from front-office portfolio management to back-office accounting and from investor relations to order management. Since data is central to everything we do, this is role is a great platform for an impactful career in 1 of the worlds major investment firms. We value knowledge of financial markets and processes, but are also open to applicants without past background in the finance industry if they can demonstrate exceptional expertise in modern software engineering and data modeling practices. This is a hands-on development role with aggressive delivery schedules.
