Help Desk Technician Hutchinson, KS Order: 181422 Order Type : DirectHire Pay level/Range: $12 + shift differential Start Date: ASAP Description: Assignments include handle incoming customer help desk calls, documentation on installation of POS system, return of loaner equipment, tickets on customer order of supplies, maintain customer store records, and other duties as requested by supervisor. Must have the expertise to work flexible shifts, have superior written and spoken communication expertise, trouble shooting skills and phone etiquette. Basic understanding of Windows and DOS, expertise to follow directions and be proficient in data entry. Attire: Business Casual Duration: Direct hire - full benefit packing including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, paid sick time and more. Shift: second and third shift positions available - could be partial second shift and partial third shift - will need to be available to work between 7pm and 8am
