As a foundation for change initiatives, the Standard Operating Procedures Architect is responsible for developing and overseeing a framework for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) creation and ensuring ongoing relevancy. This person will also work with internal and external technical and business experts to produce SOPs and other reference documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish SOP framework and templates for other technical and business process documentation authors to leverage and provide teaching and coaching to ensure consistency. For assigned initiatives, partner with key technical and business experts to create or update SOP and other reference documentation ensuring accuracy, relevancy and timeliness for intended audience.
