Senior Systems Analyst with Security Clearance - (Norfolk, VA)

Management analyst to conduct organizational studies and evaluations for Test and Evaluation (T&E). Essential Job Functions: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants. Critical skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related qualifications, U.S. Citizenship is required. A High-school certificate or GED plus 20yrs of background, an Associates Degree plus 14yrs or a Bachelors Degree plus twelve years of background is required. An active Secret clearance is required. 12 yrs of relevant engineering and acquisition background. A min of eight years of background in project support in the aircraft test and evaluation field. Of the 8yrs, a min of 3 yrs must have been as a team lead or supervisor.
