Summary: To be responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager for marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of apartment homes. Coordinate MoveIn details forms and resolve resident issues/concerns as necessary. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Others duties may be assigned. Meet and greet future resident(s) in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Qualify future resident(s) by determining their needs, eligibility and desirability. Take future resident(s) on community and apartment tours, using up-to-the-minute knowledge of vacancies and availability dates. Have a complete knowledge of the apartment community.
