Job DescriptionWe are accepting applications for an on-site Property Manager for a sprawling 24/7 gated community set in the southern part of Nashua, New Hampshire. This property is divided into 5 distinct villages, each with its own architectural designs and needs. This property offers custom single-family homes, high rises, low rises and townhouses.Duties include:All Village projects, financial statements, insurance coverage, fiscal management, litigation needs, Vendor relations, capital improvement projects, coordinate, attend and facilitate association board and annual meetings (some evening meetings as required), lead effective meetings, lead election processes/voting/ballot counting, etc., communicate and foster team building with all association members, educate all board members on legislation changes that impact their associations, comply with procedures, handle communicating with clients via meetings, calls, and emails, association payments and receipts, vendor bidding
