Regulatory Change Advisor - (Charlotte, NC)

Position description: The Regulatory Change Advisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring RoundPoint identifies and communicates changes to existing laws, regulations and agency guidelines. As a Compliance team player, the Regulatory Change Advisor will track and examine proposed new laws, regulations and agency guidelines to make the company aware of new changes that may impact the way in which RoundPoint does business and to help ensure RoundPoint's future compliance. Upon identification of newly enacted laws, regulations or agency guidelines, the Regulatory Change Advisor will collaborate with the Compliance Business Partner to ensure that the impacted Business Unit's policies and processes are reviewed for compliance with the newly enacted laws, regulations and agency guidelines. Additionally, the Regulatory Change Advisor will be expected to support both Compliance Business Partners and the Business Units in the creation and ongoing management surrounding operational matrices.
