The perfect applicant would have background working with : Ultra high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of their estate plans, including wills Revocable and irrevocable trusts, Powers of attorney, Premarital agreements, Other estate planning documents. The applicant also should be experienced with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, installment sales, and other related transactions.
