Operations Compliance Specialist - (Waltham, MA)

Under general supervision, the Operations Compliance Specialist performs vendor screening processes for property owner/manager clients to ensure vendors meet required compliance criteria. The Operations Compliance Specialist will use a variety of resources to conduct criminal experience records and verification of insurance. This position will interact with clients and vendors on a regular basis to report on compliance status, respond to inquiries and address concerns or issues. This role is required to work within the set Yardi guidelines for Vendor Compliance, as well as, the Insurance Industry Regulations (IIR), and any applicable local, state and federal regulations. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively responds via phone and fax to a high volume of vendor inquiries regarding compliance, and provides appropriate follow up and resolution Accurately and efficiently performs and processes vendor screenings (e.g., criminal, insurance, and other) utilizing in-house applications and internet websites
