Compliance Analyst - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Job Summary: This position assists the Compliance Oversight Management in assuring that Meta Financial Group (MetaBank and Meta Payment Systems) conducts its operations in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and best business practices. The Compliance Analyst will take action to reduce the Bank's exposure to regulatory findings, lawsuits, penalties, bad publicity, and other risks. Essential Job Functions: Complete compliance reviews. Identify and assess relevant compliance risks within the lines of business; maintain documentation on the compliance risk assessments. Assist with compliance reviews on partners/business lines at appropriate intervals to evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations and adequacy of internal controls designed to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain records of all work papers completed during compliance reviews. Write reports to document the compliance review and present to Compliance Management.
