Paralegal Administrator - (St Louis, MO)
POSITION PURPOSE:This position will work directly with and aid the General Counsel and other Legal Counsel in several key areas including contract review, file and document management, report preparation, details gathering, record maintenance, litigation support and payables input in contributing to the overall success of the legal department and company as a whole. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Paralegal and administrative duties and responsibilities: Assist all Counsel in scheduling, preparing for corporate meetings, court matters, filings and other deadlines and as otherwise directed.Review and prepare draft of initial changes for contract reviews. Assist with tracking of contract reviews and printing of contracts and filing completed reviews. File annual reports for all state corporate entities and formation of new corporate entities. Handle new requirements and withdrawals as needed. Assist in preparation of routine minutes or stock transactions for Board of Directors/Shareholder actions.
